Access Schemes for People with Disabilities

  1. UMPSA offers special support for people with disabilities to ensure that individuals with special needs have equal access in various aspects of life. This scheme may involve various approaches, including but not limited to: 

    1. Mentorship: The mentorship program enables individuals with disabilities to receive guidance and support from someone with relevant experience or knowledge. Mentors can provide guidance, emotional support, and assist individuals in achieving their goals.

    1. Environment Support: To ensure that the physical and social environment is disability-friendly. This include providing and improving accessibility features, such as ramps or elevators for those with mobility impairments, and educating staff to raise awareness about the needs of people with disabilities.

  2.            3. Training and Skill Development: Training and Skill Development: Specialized training and skill development programs are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in acquiring the necessary skills to gain access and participate in specific fields of employment or education.
