2000 students participated in Neon Night Run 2016

If you are tired of running in circles at races or common running route, then themed run is one of the options you might want to consider (it might be the best option). In conjunction to the International Festival Innovation On Green Technology 2016 (i-FINOG 2016), UMP’s Ecotech Club collaborated with UMP’s Department of Student Affairs & Alumni organized UMP Neon Night Run which draw participation of approximately 2,000 students.

The themed run is unique in the sense that it either pushed the participants to their limit of strength and endurance, or just provided them the best race experience they have ever had. With the “Neon” as its theme, the participants wore glow-in-the-dark cloth, glow stick and UV paint throughout their whole running. The event started at 9.00 pm with its starting point at Block Z UMP Gambang Campus, covering the area of 5 km running around campus.
