Compost02The University has a strong commitment to ensure that the waste produced by the university being properly managed. In line with this commitments, a systematic waste management programme, using the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle), was introduced in the university since 2006. Among the good waste management criteria are;

i. Program to reduce the use of paper and plastic in campus
ii. Recycling program for university waste
iii. Toxic waste handled
iv. Organic waste treatment
v. Inorganic waste treatment
vi. Sewerage disposal
