According to the group's chief Rohaida Zainudin, the activity gave the opportunity for members of the public especially youths to participate in a programme organised by the Public Library. The cycling event was part of the efforts taken to reach out to more people especially youths on getting to know more about the functions of a library as the main public institute. It was about appreciating the functions of a library which was not limited to merely a place to borrow books. The cycling programme also got the youths to join in the activity which was a good way of exercising and keeping fit so everyone will stay healthy and fresh. It promotes living a healthy lifestyle.
